Product Delivery


Once payment has been confirmed, we will contact you to arrange a delivery date that suits you. Our delivery service operates from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. The estimated delivery time for all products is 8 days from order confirmation.

Delivery of our products within mainland Portugal is free of charge for the customer.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the order fits through the intended entrance, always via the interior of the property. Due to the item’s characteristics (dimensions/volume), please always check the access routes from the street to the relevant room in the house. In situations requiring a new delivery date, the associated costs may be charged to the customer. If you have any queries, please get in touch.

Should any defect be detected in the items received, the Customer must report the issue immediately via customer support.

Claims for damage caused by the logistics operator must be submitted within a maximum of 3 working days.
